You can order prints and albums later. Another option is booking your big day during off-peak times like midweek or winter weddings. “Be strategic about coverage. A halfday package could be all you need if you focus on the moments that matter most. Keep in mind that one photographer is usually plenty, unless you have multiple venues or a large guest list. “Ensure you meet your photographer before booking. Ask to see full galleries from recent weddings, not just a polished website portfolio. Check delivery timelines in advance to avoid waiting months for your photos to arrive. Ask about hybrid packages, as some suppliers offer short video highlights too. “Always clarify any additional costs, such as travel expenses, overtime, or late finishes, so there are no surprise costs. “On the day itself, share a short list of must-have shots to keep things focused and efficient.
