WORCESTER LODGE ON BADMINTON ESTATE, SOUTH GLOUCESTERSHIRE Worcester Lodge is a historical Grade I listed stone building with a stunning arched entrance that sits within the grounds of the picturesque Badminton Estate and faces south along the three-mile avenue that leads to Badminton House. It boasts spectacular views of the surrounding fields and woodland and features four balconies with the south-facing one pointing towards Badminton House. Worcester Lodge combines the grandeur of a historical building with the versatility of a modern outdoor wedding. The venue is in the process of securing a licence for ceremonies to take place inside the lodge. Currently, there’s the option for al fresco ceremonies for an intimate 30 guests to be held under the archway or in a marquee in front of the lodge which is where receptions also take place. Inside Worcester Lodge is a grand room where post-ceremony dinners can be held. It’s flooded with natural daylight through the large windows that are reflected in the mirror suspended above the working fireplace. There are also stunning period features including an intricate plaster ceiling.
