All the latest from the regions CASTLE COMBE CIRCUIT INTRODUCES NEW OUTDOOR CINEMA NIGHTS Wiltshire’s Castle Combe Circuit is pleased to unveil an all-new type of event for 2023 - an outdoor cinema experience that will be first introduced to the venue over the August bank holiday weekend (from the 25th to the 27th of August). Contrasting the usual action out on the 1.85-mile circuit that Castle Combe is synonymous with throughout its fleet of motorsport events, this special feature will instead be hosted in the race track’s scenic paddock area – the perfect backdrop for watching an iconic film as the sun sets. With the majority of planned movies shown unsurprisingly revolving around cars, bikes or motorsport, the initial showings have been confirmed as below: •Rush – Friday 25th August •Gone in 60 Seconds – Saturday 26th August •Days of Thunder – Sunday 27th August The dates coincide with the highly anticipated Combe Countdown race meeting, which descends on to the venue on the following Monday 28th of August. Visitors should bring their own chairs and blanket for a night under the stars, with the revolutionary Headset Cinema audio experience bringing the film to life through supplied immersive headphones. Feel-good food and drinks will also be offered throughout each evening.
