Your Gloucestershire and Wiltshire Wedding- December 2021/January 2022 (Issue 30)

The talented catering team at the venue provided a mouth-watering menu. “They were very accommodating and offered a great selection,” Jessica tells us. “They were also happy for us to choose dishes that weren’t on the menu.” Because lots of our guests were vegetarian, we wanted something special for the main course for them which we achieved.” LOOKING THE PART Jessica wore the dress called Nicole from the Milano collection at bridal boutique Mirror Mirror London. “It was a pale pink sequinned with lace dress with 10 undercoats!” She tells us. “I always wanted to wear a big dress and this is exactly what I chose.” Woody and his groomsmen hired their blue tailcoat suits and Woody teamed his with a grey doublebreasted waistcoat while the others wore blue styles to match their suits. “Our bridesmaids wore full-length blush dresses and were gifted jewellery, necklaces and bracelets that they wore on the day,” Jessica says. TIME TO CELEBRATE “We hired a string quartet for the entire day to play as I walked down the aisle,” Jessica says. “They were superb and all of our guests loved them. After our ceremony, we enjoyed drinks and canapés.” “A big thank you to our photographer, Jonny, who was like a friend on the day. He was cool, calm and casual and very communicative resulting in fantastic photographs! We insisted that he stay for a drink after he had finished.” – Jessica andWoody REAL WEDDINGS 39
