Your East Midlands Wedding - December 2020/January 2021 (Issue 41)

Our favours were purple boxes filled with mints, a poem scroll, bubbles and a personalised heart-shaped mirror with our names and wedding date on. We went with purple and white faux flowers to match the colour theme and it meant we could keep them forever. We picked Sketchley Grange Hotel & Spa for our wedding as the packages available were great value and included some lovely aspects such as delicious food – Dan is such a picky eater! A vintage ornate mirror was used for the table plan with an organza bow and purple card displays. The table names tied in the with Batman cake reveal, I chose Justice League heroes to match. I was shocked when I saw myself on the day! I’d never seen myself like that and the nerves kicked in when everything was all done. 28
