Your East Anglian Wedding - October/November 2022 (Issue 57)

Norfolk’s Wellington Wood provided the ideal natural, sustainable setting for this stunning autumnal photo shoot. Brimming with beautiful bespoke, recycled and eco-friendly details, local suppliers pooled their talents to show just how magical a wedding can be at this time of year. The outdoor wedding venue offered a wealth of stunning backdrops, from the ancient woodland ceremony area to the rustic larch cabin and beyond. Inspired by the Harvest Moon, marking the start of autumn and harvest time, the rich palette of soft orange, copper, brown and warm earthy tones echoed the theme. The scene was set with a giant golden crescent moon ceremony backdrop and naturally coloured cheesecloth drapes in rich autumnal shades. Decorative details included rustic wooden props, copper and stoneware vessels with everlasting dried flower arrangements, easy to move from ceremony to celebration – even the artisan chocolates, macarons and cocktails reflected the colours of the season! The embroidered sleeves and details of the Naomi ivory dress from Pure Brides’ new collection complemented the theme. Brown and orange silk flowers and pheasant feather details adorned the bold autumnal headpiece. 56
