It’s a great way to get in shape and keep your body supple. PURSE-FRIENDLY OPTION: Check out YouTube for yoga tuition that you can do in the comfort of your own home - all you need is a mat. Why not buddy up and enjoy the sessions with a friend or member of your bridal party? THE POWER OF MEDITATION Life is busy, and it can be hard to switch off, so practising meditation is key in the weeks and months before your wedding. Find local workshops or treat yourself to a meditation wellness package at a spa either solo or with your other half. PURSE-FRIENDLY OPTION: Research the many guided meditation apps available to find one that suits you. SPA TIME If you need some much-needed rest after a period of busy wedding planning, then book a weekend spa break where nourishing facials, massages, body treatments and more will be on the menu, performed by expert therapists. Why not treat yourself to a room with a view, a luxurious roll-top bathtub or a private terrace with a hot tub? Take advantage of the swimming pool, hydrotherapy pool, jacuzzi, sauna, experience showers and steam room that the spa might offer. PURSE-FRIENDLY OPTION: Luxury spa day packages often include a pampering treatment, use of the spa facilities for the day and lunch. Alternatively, twilight spa experiences often include off-peak admission times during the early evening, a spa treatment plus use of the facilities. 38
