The established pub with rooms is located on the edge of the River Fowey in the village of Bodinnick, overlooking Fowey Harbour and across to the English Channel. The renovations include the addition of an artisan shop selling products made on the premises including loaves of bread, and other locally made provisions. An on-site micro-distillery is located at the rear of the shop which produces vodka, gin, rum and chilli tequila.
