This exclusive 400-year-old candlelit barn has an atmosphere all of its own and sits near the historical 12th-century manor house. Sympathetically restored by local craftsmen it’s full of rustic charm and features original brick walls and an open-beamed ceiling. Plus, there are certainly some excellent photographic opportunities across the 100-acre estate. Ceremonies are hosted in the Tithe Barn with a minimum of 50 and maximum of 120 loved ones. The wedding breakfast takes place here too with the same number of guests with an additional 30 welcome for the evening reception. There’s also the tastefully-restored original coach house with its large French doors opening out onto the picturesque traditional cobbled courtyard. It comes complete with shepherds hut bar, heated parosols, patio tables, chairs and outdoor lanterns. This makes an ideal year-round outdoor/indoor venue for entertaining your nearest and dearest, as well as the perfect place to relax and enjoy welcome drinks and even a selection of delicious canapés.
