What’s your top tip for those wedding dress shopping for the first time? Try to have an open mind. Many brides already have an idea of styles they like, which is great, but what they quickly realise is that the styles they thought they were not as keen on are the ones they really love! Wedding dresses also look very different on the hanger to when they’re on you, so we always recommend just giving it a go! It’s worth trying something a little unexpected. What’s hot for 2022? Splits are becoming more popular, as they give that touch of sexiness to a classic ballgown. We’re seeing a lot more dresses with splits in the 2022 collections. The long sleeve trend is also certainly around to stay, with many designs with this feature gracing the 2022 bridal runways. Finally, we can’t get enough of overskirts – who wouldn’t want two completely different looks on their wedding day? Thankfully, we don’t think they’ll be going anywhere.
