Delamere Manor was wonderful, they looked after us and our guests so well, there was no job too small. Our amazing cake was a naked Victoria sponge decorated with the same flowers as our arrangements. We had our initials as the cake topper. We had fantastic alternative 90s dance band, Scratch, play for us in the evening. I’d seen them at a bar in Chester earlier that year and instantly knew they’d get the party going. They created the vibe we wanted and the dancefloor was packed. Relax and take everything in your stride. Don’t worry about things that’re out of your control – what will be will be. Make sure you surround yourself with the people you trust when getting ready, because you want to enjoy that part of the day just as much as the wedding itself. 32
