We chose a location that is rarely used as a wedding venue and decorated it ourselves. I was very excited to have a beautiful wedding in a unique and stunning setting which looked incredible. Because we had a marquee wedding, we wanted it to be filled with plenty of candles and flowers. “Book an on-the-day wedding coordinator – it made all the difference and meant that my family and I could enjoy the day rather than be concerned about timings and coordination. It also resulted in the venue being set up before the bridal party arrived and everything looked beautiful!” - Joanna and Dan We used the barn at White Pond Farm for the ceremony which was perfect. Our elegant centrepieces were floral displays in vases that included hydrangeas and wild flowers as the main feature. Buckinghamshire-based florist Foxglove Studio made these and my mother-in-law created the floral arrangements for the rest of our wedding. I adored my bridal bouquet created by the florist Green and Gorgeous based in Wallingford. Our stunning cake was a wedding gift from my auntie. It was a half-naked cake and the flowers used to decorate it with were the same as those in my bouquet. 42
