The bridesmaids wore hunter green dresses; there were a few different styles as I let them choose whichever they felt comfortable in. They all looked beautiful! It was important that the day felt like it was ours, we wanted people to walk in and be like, ‘that is so Becci and Steve’. We didn’t want a traditional cake, so we went for three tiers but all on separate stands. Then we had the most amazing, personalised cake topper, bought for us by our lovely friend and bridesmaid, Sophie. Our table plan was six banquet style tables, all named after our favourite things: Disney, Game of Thrones, Star Wars, Winnie the Pooh, dinosaurs and Beyonce! James, our photographer, was honestly the best. Not only did he just fit in with everyone and make us all laugh, he was so easy going and put us right at ease. We used Bouquet Garni for our food and had a three-course meal but banquet style, where the main was served to the table and people helped themselves. We wanted it to feel like a medieval feast! My veil fell out as I was walking down the aisle! But I really didn’t care. One of my bridesmaids just scooped it up and looked after it for me. 25 REAL WEDDINGS
