An Essex Wedding - January/February 2024 (Issue 114)

Understated Let your venue lead the way. Ingatestone Hall was the perfect backdrop for this dreamy, chic styled shoot Images courtesy of Photography by Anna Marie The concept for this editorial shoot was to showcase the wedding day of a couple hosting an intimate wedding within the beautiful and historic Ingatestone Hall, showing how inspiration can be drawn from a venue’s interior to create an elegant, timeless, romantic yet achievable wedding day, incorporating a striking array of florals designed by Rosie from Rose Decor Styling. Two exquisite bridal gowns by British designer Suzanne Neville were chosen for the bride as well as a pair of embellished bridal heels from Emmy London. The stunning stone hall with its original brick mullioned windows was the ideal location for the wedding breakfast set up. Vintage lace china, Grace matt gold cutlery and sophisticated long-stemmed glassware from Duchess & Butler’s Lily range paired with Just 4 Linen’s urbane linen and napkins was the perfect table decor. Further enhanced by an exquisite floral display of quicksand, avalanche, Dorchester and garden roses accompanied by an abundance of carnations, delphiniums and hydrangeas in understated and elegant muted tones. Each nestled on tall gold stands to create striking centrepieces for the wedding breakfast table, which was further complemented with Ester & Erik tapered candles, the ultimate luxury addition.
