An Essex Wedding - November/December 2023 (Issue 113)

In the evening we had the DJ Fox and Braces. Our photographer, Liam, went above and beyond. We couldn’t fault his work and his passion and energy throughout the duration of the day. He captured such incredible and beautiful moments! Emily’s top tips! Make the most of every minute as it goes by so quickly! Plan for all weather occasions and don’t rush booking suppliers until you are 100 per cent sure! We had canapés of roast beef, Yorkshire pudding and horseradish; chicken satay; fish & chips with tartare sauce; and asparagus fritters with lemon tahini. Emma, our saxophonist got everyone on the dancefloor and was so incredibly talented! The cake was simple, modern and elegant – a three-tier style - white iced with fondant and white iced rose petals cascading down. 34
